When Andrea DeCarlo does a report, it's
memorable. The Clinton Township fourth-grader's interest in pet-assisted therapy resulted
in a report for school but also a live demonstration at Patrick McGaheran School.
Recently. In the photo above the concentration and agility of Storm is shown with the
assistance of (from left) Sam Doumanis, Alixeis Mullen and Lyndsie Ferguson. In the photo
at right, Susan Greenbaum of Barking Hills Country Club introduces Thor, who is training
to help a wheelchair user. Andrea learned of pet-assisted therapy while taking her dog for
obedience training from Ms. Greenbaum.
