The dog catcher was out at the Barking Hills Country Club Halloween festival, ready to play trick-or-treat. The round-up netted more than 25 dogs, all hiding behind disguises. When they were paraded before the judges, everyone agreed on only one thing--the costumes were great!  Check out the 1999 party as well! After the dogs shed their costumes, they were rewarded with a run around the lure course, bobbing for tennis balls and an agility course, with their...well... witches.
