Fun Classes
Whether you got a taste for it in our summer series or have just
discovered them - here's the full version of some great, fun classes for
you and your dog!
Dogs Playing Poker and
other Games
Your dog can learn to play poker! And
he’ll learn a few card tricks as well. Whether you have a therapy dog or
great family pet, card tricks are fun for your dog and a terrific
audience pleaser. Dogs of all sizes and breeds will have fun
learning to play cards,
rolling dice and other board game skills – just don’t expect them to
shuffle!
Your dog will learn skills to help
with card and board games including poker, go fish, UNO, old maid,
Monopoly, Sorry, Yahtzee, dice games and more!
Canine Country Line Dancing
You’ve seen “Dancing With The Stars”… now
it’s time for Dancing With Your Dog. Learn simple, but impressive moves,
and put them all
together in a fun and easy country line dance routine! No dance
experience needed — you’ll have a
“ball” dancing with your dog!
You'll learn "moves" on week one, choreography week two and put it all
together on week three.
(Dogs should have basic obedience skills.)
Scent Discrimination and Games
Put your dog’s best sense to work… just for fun!
You don’t have to be an avid tracker or obedience competitor to “work”
your dog’s sense of smell. Scent Discrimination teaches your dog
to differentiate an object you touch from other, identical objects. Scent games are great confidence builders,
great mental stimulation and just great fun! And when your pal gets good
at it, he can find your keys, remote control or your lost gloves. Keep
your dog “thinking” and impress your friends! Your dog
will learn the shell game, pancake tracking, distinguishing the owner's
scent from other people and lots of "cool" tricks. Let your dog do
what he or she does best! Use his or her nose.
