Check List

Did you remember to:

	Call and register for class? (908) 996-9911
	Complete/mail registration form along with your check (classes do fill up and sending a check when you register is the only way to guarantee that there will be space for you)?
	Bring a copy of proof of up to date vaccinations for us to keep?
	Send in payment or bring to the first class? Payment secures your place in class.   All classes must be paid in full on the first day.
	Check that my dog has current identification (ID tag) on his/her collar?
	Read the rules and regulations for Barking Hills Country Club?
	Bring a dog towel or dog mat?
	Bring lots of treats? (no bigger than the fingernail on your pinky, nice soft treats) -cheese, cooked hot dog, bologna etc. as well as a favorite toy
	Bring a copy of the directions?

Please make your check out to: Barking Hills Country Club and  mail the completed registration form, signed vaccination certificate and check or money order (please don't send cash in the mail) to the address below.
